Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect selections or ordering mistakes.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review your request and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate.
