SHIPPING INFORMATION

ViaDeVentura currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided.

SHIPPING RATES

• Standard Shipping: $8.00

• FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $49.99 or more

• Express Shipping: $15.00

Free shipping applies to eligible orders within the United States. Express shipping is not included in the free-shipping offer.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

• Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–5 business days in transit.

• Express Shipping: Approximately 1–2 business days in transit.

Delivery estimates begin after order processing. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, holidays and unforeseen delays.

DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package hasn't arrived by its estimated delivery date or you experience a shipping issue, please contact us with your order number.

We'll investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
